    • Help prevent leaking, pelvic pressure, or pain

    • Make it easier to push effectively during labor

    • Reduce the risk of injury to the pelvic floor during delivery

    When you understand how your body works before it’s under stress, you’re better prepared for the journey ahead.

  • Pain with intimacy, your period, postpartum healing, or that “falling out” feeling can make even everyday movement uncomfortable—let alone hitting the trail or getting back on your bike. Maybe it’s tailbone pain or ischial tuberosity pain from long days in the saddle, lingering scar tissue from a C-section or tear, pain with sex/intimacy, or pain while sitting at work.
